We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Operations Lead to oversee the reliability, security, and efficiency of our cloud environments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, optimizing performance, and maintaining security. What you will do: Responsible for the design, implementation, stability, performance, security and service levels for infrastructure in the Americas. Manages the lifecycle of the infrastructure in terms of version management, patching, vendor support and security. Ensures compliance with Internal Controls, defines action plans, and participates in regular audit activities. Defines and implements action plans to resolve concerns raised during audits or regular testing. Work with the SREs and Managed Service Provider to define high-level and low-level designs when implementing new technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline. Expert in infrastructure operations, performance tuning, crisis management and lifecycle management. Expert understanding of Cloud providers service offering (mostly PaaS and IaaS). Broad range of understanding of ITIL, ITSM and industry best practices.
