Job Purpose: As the E-commerce Creative Strategist, you'll spearhead the generation of high-converting and captivating creatives for our e-commerce brands. This pivotal role demands a fusion of creativity, strategic acumen, and leadership to elevate the success of our advertising endeavors. Key Responsibilities: Concept Development: Formulate compelling concepts for both video and static ads that captivate audiences and drive conversions. Scriptwriting: Craft engaging scripts tailored for User Generated Content (UGC) creators, ensuring authenticity and impact. Storyboarding: Develop detailed storyboards to guide UGC creators in producing top-notch content that resonates with our target audience. Trend Analysis: Competitor Analysis: Study winning ads from competitors and integrate successful elements into our advertising strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Creator Management: Recruit and manage suitable creators for specific scripts or products, ensuring timely delivery of quality content. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with designers to direct the creation of static ads that align seamlessly with our brand and marketing objectives. Project Management: - Oversee the entire creative process from concept inception to execution, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and effectively. **Requirements**: - Strong grasp of copywriting and its influence on marketing. - Proficient in various social media platforms and their respective content types. - Deep understanding of virality and the factors that contribute to compelling video content. - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently. - Discerning eye for selecting the right creators for diverse campaigns. - Exceptional communication skills for seamless coordination with creators, designers, and other team members. - Ability to adapt swiftly to evolving trends and work adeptly under pressure.
