The Impact of a Network Administrator at Coupa: As a Network Administrator, you will participate in and lead various technical IT and Internal Business initiatives through Network and Cloud Administration. You will also assist other members of your team with a broad range of challenges and activities using your knowledge and diverse skillset. This includes meeting internal and external customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing solutions and development of new technical solutions. Responsibilities: Network Administration and Maintenance - W/LAN & WAN AWS Administration and Maintenance - Compute, VPC, and IAM Scripting for Windows and Linux. Creating custom scripts and assisting others in producing reusable scripts for administration ZTNA tooling administration and maintenance for secure web and private access Create and maintain actionable, clear, and concise documentation, maintain API integrations and custom web APIs Configuration management for Windows, Linux, and Network devices Recommend solutions based on knowledge, experience, and research. Respond to monitoring system alarms and take action to prevent and resolve incidents Skills: Bachelors’ degree or equivalent technical experience 5-7 years of experience in IT A strong work ethic, couples with a sense of responsibility and a “do what it takes to get the job done” attitude Background in Windows Server and Linux operating systems; Proficiency using AWS infrastructure and services.
