Job Title: Patient Experience Coordinator – Front Desk & Phone Support Location: Remote (Central Standard Time Overlap Hours) Compensation: $1000-1200 ABOUT THE ROLE Higher Options is hiring for a boutique plastic surgery practice. We seek a friendly, organized, and communication-savvy Patient Experience Coordinator to serve as prospective patients' first point of contact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on clarity, structure, and social engagement and enjoys making others feel welcome and informed without the pressure of sales. You don’t need a medical background—just a curious mind, professional demeanor, and a drive to communicate clearly and kindly. You’ll field phone calls, provide helpful answers about our services (training provided), and ensure every interaction reflects our patient-first approach. It's important to have a drive to learn about the doctor, her practice and her procedures to ensure the patients have the best first experience possible. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reception & Communication Answer inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness Greet patients and guide them through common questions about procedures and next steps Maintain a clear and supportive tone in all conversations, written and verbal Represent the physician’s brand and philosophy accurately and consistently Learn and explain basic details about procedures and services (training provided) Communicate scheduling updates and help patients navigate changes smoothly Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient journey Administrative Support Manage tasks and communications based on established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Assist with documentation, intake coordination, and light organizational projects during quieter phone periods Keep records and systems up-to-date, avoiding errors through careful follow-through WHO YOU ARE People-Oriented & Positive You naturally put people at ease and enjoy being the first impression of a high-trust, high-integrity service environment Clear Communicator (English C1 or C2) You’re confident on the phone, articulate in writing, and attentive to how you come across in every interaction Organized & Adaptable You follow SOPs and checklists well, yet you can pivot calmly when schedules shift or needs change Learner’s Mindset You’re excited to understand enough about surgical procedures to speak confidently—without needing to be a clinical expert Balanced Personality You blend warmth with reliability, detail orientation with flexibility, and independence with collaboration WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Our practice is not high-volume or high-pressure.
