The Role of a Technical Support Engineer As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting enterprise customers using our cloud platform, working within a dynamic global team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and fostering success. You will utilize your technical expertise to provide guidance on best practices and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. What You'll Do: Respond to 'how-to' questions related to technical configurations for enterprise customers Assist in troubleshooting first and second-level technical issues Collaborate with other teams, including Integration, Operations, and Customer Success, to ensure customer success Manage customer production environments Create knowledge articles for Coupa’s knowledge base What You Bring: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong technical knowledge, including Linux, Unix, and familiarity with other operating systems Interest in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Shell, Python) and web technologies (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML) Ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions Experience supporting external customers, preferably in enterprise software #LI-HYBRID #LI-MH2 Coupa is committed to equal opportunity and fostering an inclusive work environment.
