You’ll get to be part of our growth as we expand across the United States and into additional service offerings. **About The Role** Recruiters are one of the most important stakeholders at Ernest and our subsidiary companies, Electrik Pros and AirSmith Pros. Our ability to quickly hire high quality tradespeople and employees has a direct and significant impact on our success as a company. Recruiters will own the end to end recruitment process - from sourcing and screening to coordinating and hiring. You will be the first point of contact with our business and as such, play a critical role in establishing our brand in the technician community. **What You'll Do** - Own job postings on recruiting platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and etc. - Manage recruiting tools and products to ensure maximum output at the lowest cost **What You'll Need** - >2 years of recruiting experience - Strong English verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with recruitment software and tools (Applicant Tracking System (ATS), - Experience with Google Sheets and Project Management Tools such as Asana or Monday is a plus - Experience with the Construction, HVAC/Mechanical or Electrical trades is a plus - Desire to go beyond expectations. - The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required for the position._ - Ernest is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to providing all employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
