We're looking for a Python-first engineer with a background in AI/ML, data science, or engineering to craft scalable workflows powered by LLMs. Start part-time and grow into full-time. Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Design and implement automation workflows , integrating AI when relevant. Develop and optimize API integrations across multiple platforms. Build backend automation scripts and services to improve operational efficiency. Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) —NoSQL is a plus. Collaborate with the AI team to integrate LLMs and intelligent systems into workflows. Maintain and document automation processes, ensuring scalability, performance, and security . Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Must-Have: 3+ years of experience in automation, backend development, or AI-driven workflows . Strong Python skills (JavaScript is a plus). Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). Demonstrated experience in AI/ML, data science, or engineering roles . Proven ability to design or contribute to LLM-based solutions (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, etc.). Solid problem-solving chops—you’ve tackled complex automation challenges before. Strong grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations . Proficiency with Git and version control . Preferred: Experience with automation platforms like N8N, Zapier, or Make (N8N is easy to learn—preferred, not required). Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase).
