This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive revenue growth by presenting complex technical products to prospective clients and supporting the sales process with deep product knowledge. Responsibilities: - Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective customers - Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute sales strategies for technical products - Respond to technical inquiries during the sales process and provide expert product guidance - Create and deliver customized technical proposals and solution architectures - Build and maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders at customer organizations - Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into viable solutions - Provide pre-sales technical support and serve as the primary technical point of contact - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase technical capabilities - Work closely with engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and feature requests - Partner with marketing to develop technical content, case studies, and competitive analyses - Support post-sales teams during implementation and onboarding phases - Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on market and customer insights - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and technical interactions in CRM systems - Assist in qualifying leads and identifying technical decision-makers - Support contract negotiations by addressing technical terms and specifications - Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field - 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or related role - Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technical concepts - Experience with technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations - Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools - Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking - Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building capabilities - Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Advantages: - Advanced degree in relevant technical field - Industry certifications related to our technology stack - Previous experience in Fintech - Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structures About the company: NDA, Global Payments is a SaaS-based Global Payout Orchestration Platform that enables businesses to send mass payouts—whether B2C or B2B—to over 175 countries in more than 70 currencies.
