Responsibilities Position Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled Linux HPC (High-Performance Computing) Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and managing our HPC infrastructure. Expertise in Linux systems, large-scale storage, networking, and HPC technologies such as InfiniBand, Nvidia Bright Cluster Manager, and Lustre filesystem is essential. Design, configure, and maintain Linux-based HPC clusters. Manage storage systems, including Lustre parallel filesystems. Support and troubleshoot InfiniBand networks for low-latency HPC communication. Deploy and administer Nvidia Bright Cluster Manager. Collaborate with research teams to support computational workflows. Support software installations, updates, and HPC application tuning. Ensure HPC environment high availability and scalability. Monitor system health, diagnose performance issues, and implement solutions. Collaborate on system security, integrity, and compliance. Maintain thorough documentation of configurations and procedures. Qualifications To qualify, you should have: Proven experience as an HPC Engineer or similar role. Strong Linux system administration skills (preferably RHEL/CentOS). Deep knowledge of storage systems and Lustre filesystem. Experience with InfiniBand networking technologies. Hands-on experience with Nvidia Bright Cluster Manager or similar tools. Scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.). Hardware and software troubleshooting expertise in HPC environments. Excellent communication skills for collaborative work.
