Title and Summary Senior Specialist, Legal Services (Regulatory)The GBSC (Global Business Solutions Center) is Mastercard’s shared services organization supporting multiple business units globally. This newly created Senior Specialist, Legal Services (Regulatory) position is part of the GBSC and will primarily be responsible for managing and recording information related to Mastercard’s Global Regulatory Control Assurance Program, strengthening Mastercard’s management of its regulatory compliance obligations. Role • Maintain complete and accurate records of regulatory requirements, regulatory controls and testing results in Mastercard’s Global Risk and Compliance platform, Archer. • Assist in collaborating with various Mastercard teams, including GBSC, Regulatory, Law Department, Finance, and Internal Audit, to identify, enhance, and design regulatory controls which effectively mitigate regulatory risk. • Support the Manager, Legal Services (Regulatory) in the execution of control assurance activities, including gathering relevant documentation and conducing process walkthroughs. • Contribute to Archer improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for standardization and supporting change management efforts. All About You • A solid understanding of the fundamental pillars of an effective regulatory compliance program. • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. • Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to consistently meet deadlines. • Self-starter who can independently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Comfortable working in a global, multicultural organization and collaborating across teams. • Business-level fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
