We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Contract Management Administrator to join our Contract Management Team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Contract Management team. - Administer, manage and track contracts through all stages—initiation, drafting, review, approval, execution, and renewal—using the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. - Handle and monitor internal requests using a ticketing system, ensuring resolution within specified deadlines. - Serve as primary point of contact for contract intake, tracking, and status updates. - Forecast issues and tasks and provide solutions while adhering to strict deadlines. - Collaborate with legal team and other internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with company policies and business objectives. - Support the legal team in reviewing contracts, relying heavily on previous contracts as a resource for terms and conditions, and reviewing contractual documents (i.e., Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (not exclusive, etc.). - Provide support in the development of responses to client RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, or similar requests - Collaborate with colleagues across organizational lines to obtain and transmit contract management information. - Develop, monitor and maintain contract performance and key dates (e.g., expirations, renewals, obligations) and ensure timely follow-up. - Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into contract status, volume, and compliance metrics. - Support audits and compliance reviews by ensuring contract records are complete and accessible. - Assist in training users on CLM system functionality and best practices. - Ensure the contracts are delivered as agreed to the required levels of performance and quality. - Identify contractual problems and take appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory resolution. - Follow up on issues to ensure prompt resolution. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or related field - 3+ years of experience in contract administration or related field - High proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Working knowledge of industry business practices, proposal review, contract review, and contract administration principles, as well as some exposure to contract negotiations - Understanding of contract law, regulations, and procurement processes - Ability to work independently and across business functions in a remote office setting - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Comfortable with video conferencing/calls/meetings and daily interaction. - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities - Experience with contract lifecycle management and familiarity with legal terminology - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Strong database management skills - Fluency in English **#LI-SC1** **Additional Information** Some of the Benefits We Have Include** J.S.
