Job Description: This position plays a critical role in driving inventory optimization across regions, improving cash flow and supply chain structure. - Deliver insights on monthly actuals with reporting and analytics - Partner on monthly inventory projections and enable increased accuracy and transparency - Shape inventory glidepaths to achieve quarterly and year-end goals - Activate excess inventory risk management best practices - Coach and develop a team of analysts Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business - Strong financial acumen and compliance mindset - Ability to adapt and lead in a changing environment - Analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in SAP, OneStream and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
