You will work with warm leads — no cold calling — and help prospective clients start their legal journey. Responsibilities Conduct consultation calls with potential clients (no legal advice). Present pre-approved pricing and secure retainers. Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records. Follow up on unconverted leads to maximize conversion. Collaborate with legal and client care teams for seamless onboarding. Requirements Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any industry. Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs. Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Compensation Base : $8/hour + tiered commissions (6 tiers, no earning limit). Target conversion rate : 60%+. Compensation under ROWE (Results-Only Work Environment) — performance determines earnings.
