As a Digital Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading, managing, and inspiring the Digital Sales team, supporting the Regional Digital Sales Leader. Your responsibilities will include: - Team Management and Coaching: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of individual team members to optimize the sales team structure and maximize productivity. - Strategy Execution and Target Setting: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and refine the overall digital sales strategy, taking into account market trends, competitor analysis, and organizational objectives. - Sales Team Structure and Account Allocation: Strategically allocate accounts and territories to sales representatives based on their skills, experience, and workload capacity. - Escalation Point and Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve issues promptly to ensure the success of our sales efforts. - Team Building and Hiring: Identify and attract top talent to join the Digital Sales team. - Performance Management: Set ambitious targets and monitor performance to drive revenue growth. - Quota Allocation and Monitoring: Effectively manage the digital sales budget to reduce costs and improve efficiency without compromising sales performance. We are looking for someone with: - Strong experience in sales leadership, preferably in a similar industry. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience in budget management and ROI optimization. - Proficient with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. - Proven experience building remote sales operations teams and sales metrics/KPIs. - Advanced English Level. Nice to have: - Intermediate to advanced Portuguese.
