Position: Sales Manager for Food Ingredients The plant is based 65 km north of Barcelona. Reporting to the Managing Director, based in Barcelona: You will: Perform sales activities to reach the sales budget both in volume and marginality of assigned customers and territory (Iberia). Job Responsibilities: Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, agents, and distributors under your responsibility, by partnering with them to understand their needs to achieve growth and hit sales targets. Acquire market information from different sources and identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status to establish necessary countermeasures to meet targets of assigned customers / geographical areas. Supervise the performance of customers, agents, and distributors assigned in your areas of responsibility, as well as prepare promotional materials with the purpose of achieving the sales and marginality objectives in the assigned territory and customers. Assigned territory: Iberia Requirements: A university degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Business. Availability to travel around 30%-40% of the time. 5-10 years of experience in the sales area for FOOD INGREDIENTS (ADDITIVES, FLAVOURS, NUTRACEUTICALS).
