Sourcy is a business solutions company focused on the architecture and engineering world. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer. The role is located in Medellín. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms, particularly focused on pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP). Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software applications, conducting research to stay current with AI advancements, and writing and maintaining high-quality code. You will need to be able to create voice and text AI systems that can be used to talk to clients, get necessary information from them, and hand off that information to our team. We will also be looking to develop as many systems as possible to be able to use AI to its max potential. You will need to understand not only AI but how to link to systems and make the AI functional.
