The Technical Service Engineer provides in-house repair services at a repair/service centre or on-site technical support. This role is hybrid and based in Barranquilla. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Provides in-house repair service in a repair/service center or on-site technical support without sales & service quota. Provides technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals responding to product-related questions, issues, and problems. Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for product demonstrations. Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues. Makes technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations as needed. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or electronic engineering. Fluent in English. Two years of experience in management and sales for biomedical equipment, coordinating sales and biomedical teams. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous.
