As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with a portfolio of 300+ clients within the Scaled segment to identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Main Responsibilities: - Scale high-growth accounts to higher-touch models, fostering long-term relationships and driving revenue growth. - Utilize data insights to identify customer business changes and uncover expansion opportunities, positioning us for future success. - Develop expertise in our products and services, staying up-to-date with product enhancements and best practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
