About the Role: The EnsembleIQ AudienceDevelopment & Strategic Planning Team is responsible forstrategic planning that includes developing, driving, engaging andretaining audiences. Reporting to the Senior Director of AudienceDevelopment, the Audience Experience and SEO Manager is an integralmember of the team, and is primarily responsible for providingcomprehensive support for multi-platform campaign execution andsearch engine optimization analysis and recommendations for allEnsembleIQ brands. This role requires a blend of technicalproficiency, strategic thinking, and creativity to optimize digitalplatforms experiences and drive audience engagement. SEOResponsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive SEO analysis to identifyopportunities for website and content optimization. - Analyze andrecommend effective SEO strategies to improve organic searchrankings. - Perform keyword research to identify relevant searchterms and phrases. - Collaborate and inform best practices andprovide recommendations to brand/content teams on optimizingwebsite content, including meta tags, headings, and on-pagecontent, for SEO. - Monitor website performance using analyticstools and adjust strategies accordingly. - Stay up-to-date withindustry trends and algorithm updates to ensure best SEO practices. - Research and advise on technical SEO enhancements, includingwebsite structure, site speed, and mobile optimization. - Conductcompetitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, andopportunities. - Develop and present regular reports on SEOperformance and provide insights for improvement. - Advise onbacklink strategy to increase website authority and credibility. -Conduct regular audits to identify and address SEO issues andopportunities. - Work closely with web development, content andmarketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall businessgoals. - Provide SEO training and guidance to team members andstakeholders. - Continuously assess and refine SEO tactics to drivesustainable organic growth. Platform Campaign Execution and Management: - Design, create, and deliver high performing userengagement and acquisition experiences, ensuringconsumer-centricity. - Partner with Audience Development Managersand EnsembleIQ department leads to identify opportunities andassist in the development and execution of platform marketingcampaigns for engagement and audience growth across internal andexternal channels (emails, newsletters, websites, partners,organic/paid social, SMS, etc.) - Collaborate with AudienceDevelopment Managers and EnsembleIQ team leads to define projectscope, expectations, deliverables and deadlines. - Measure, trackand analyze campaign performance and identify trends in audiencebehavior and opportunities to continuously optimize for growth -compiling metrics and creating reports to communicate and presentto key stakeholders. - Provide progress reports to stakeholders. -Advise on ad, landing page and form design specs for platformrequirements. - Monitor branding and campaign development forcohesion across brands and channels. - Collaborate withcross-functional teams to manage and optimize platform performance. - Conduct thorough testing of platform projects for seamlessexecution and optimal user experience. - Create and maintaindocumentation related to platform processes, procedures, andguidelines. - Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, escalatingas needed to technical support or development teams. - Providetraining and support to internal stakeholders on platform use andbest practices. - 3 - 5 years of marketing experience in audiencemarketing or audience growth and SEO - Bachelor’s degree inmarketing or equivalent experience - Solid understanding of SEO,web analytics, social media channels and paid digital marketingplatforms - Experience with marketing data and ESPs, preferably Marketo - Should be proficient in using a variety of systems andtools to effectively manage search engine optimization campaigns(Google Analytics, SEO platforms such as Moz, SEMrush, ContentOptimization Tools such as Yoast SEO or Surfer SEO) - Proven abilityto interpret and leverage data in successful marketing campaignsand make data-driven decisions (A/B testing, benchmarketing, etc.) - Curious, likes to learn new things, delve into problems andrecommend solutions - Excellent prioritization and organizationalskills - Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and efficientlyin a fast-paced matrixed environment - Previous B2Bmedia/publishing experience preferred - Proficiency in EnglishEnsembleIQ is an equal opportunity employer and committed todiversity and inclusion.
