As an on-site IT support intern, you will have the opportunity to join a real technical environment where you can develop your skills in the field of information technology. This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in user support, equipment maintenance, incident resolution, and basic IT infrastructure management. During your internship period, you will receive guidance from experienced professionals, allowing you to strengthen your technical knowledge, improve your problem-solving abilities, and enhance your communication skills in a professional setting. This experience will prepare you for future roles in technical support, help desk, or systems administration. Key activities you may perform: User assistance and first-level support: Provide basic support for resolving issues with computers, printers, networks, or applications. This includes software installation, peripheral setup, and troubleshooting common errors. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance: Assist in equipment inspection, cleaning, formatting, and installation of operating systems and software. Ensure devices on-site are functioning properly. IT inventory management: Register and update the inventory of devices, components, and peripherals. Label hardware, track movements, and support IT asset audits. Incident tracking and technical documentation: Create and update support tickets in internal platforms. Document procedures and applied solutions, and follow up on open cases under the supervision of the technical team. What we need to see from you What we expect from you: You should be a student pursuing a degree in Systems Technician, IT Support Technician, Computer Equipment Maintenance Technician, or Data Networks Technician, who is eager to strengthen your skills in information management, data organization, communication with internal and external teams, and coordination of administrative activities in a real corporate environment.
