The main purpose is to reduce cost based on negotiation, reallocation, supplier development (local or not) or cost elimination. Lead a functional work team of Buyers, Procurement Specialists and/or Analysts to deliver accurate and timely procurement activities (transactional purchasing, negotiations, reportings **How You'll Make an Impact**: - Define SCM Strategy - Define Supplier list to achieve cost reduction (sourcing plan, strategy and procurement plan) - Check the best Purchasing method according to market complexity and volume - Negotiate all the volume to guarantee the cost reduction compared to last comparable price or project budget - Mitigate supply risks - Market mapping and complexity - Business targets deployment according to LBU targets - Monitor and report the KPIs - Ensure execution in accordance with Company and SCM instructions and procedures. - Manages execution and tracking of procurement activities within the team, while ensuring quality of delivery service at improved transactional cost. - Ensures buyers minimize risk regarding quality and financial exposure by buying in accordance with quality and commercial procedures and in accordance with Company guidelines. - Ensures that the team has appropriate skills and competencies to coordinate the SCM activities. **Your Background**: - Degree in Engineering / Adm or similar - Ability to manage team - Business Management knowledge - English Speaker - Experience in Sourcing / SCM Strategy - SAP knowledge - High negotiation skill
