What you will do Achieve a 100% increase in qualified customer acquisitions within the first 12 months, specifically focusing on mobile app installs and activations, while ensuring CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) remains below defined thresholds and optimizing for Payback Period and New Customers Acquired. Successfully launch, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across key channels including Goole Search Ads, Google UAC, Meta Mobile App Installs, and Apple Search Ads, demonstrating efficient spend of Addi's paid media budget to maximize customer acquisition. Implement and refine a robust campaign experimentation framework encompassing A/B testing, creative rotation, and audience segmentation, resulting in fast campaign iteration cycles and a demonstrable 30% improvement in conversion. Establish and maintain accurate attribution and reporting by leveraging tools like AppsFlyer, ensuring comprehensive and actionable insights for all mobile and web campaigns, and providing clear recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Brand, Product Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering) to ensure proper instrumentation, adherence to financial guardrails, and unified creative narratives across campaigns, leading to successful activation of app-first customer segments. What we're looking for Strategic Paid Media Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint) are a significant plus. 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), with specific expertise in mobile-first businesses. Proven track record of significantly increasing customer acquisition and/or revenue through paid media efforts in a fast-growing environment, preferably within the fintech, e-commerce, or a related technology-driven industry. Previous experience managing a large paid media budget and being accountable for LTV:CAC and Payback period. Mobile App Growth Expertise Possesses deep, hands-on knowledge in SEM and mobile app install campaigns, including expertise with Google UAC, Meta Mobile App Installs, and Apple Search Ads. This person not only launches campaigns but actively shapes how Addi scales customer acquisition efficiently. Has a proven track record scaling mobile applications in performance-driven environments through paid media and App Store Optimization (ASO). Understands the evolving attribution landscape, with experience implementing and leveraging tools like AppsFlyer to ensure accurate tracking and reporting across mobile and web. Data Analysis & Optimization: Exceptional ability to interpret complex campaign performance data, particularly CAC and Payback Period, identify trends, derive actionable insights, and relentlessly optimize campaigns using LTV-based bidding strategies and various campaign experimentation techniques (A/B testing, creative rotation, audience segmentation). Demonstrated strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude) to track performance, attribute conversions, and extract actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), with concrete examples of how testing improved campaign performance or landing page conversion rates. Comfortable adopting AI tools to plan, optimize, and scale campaigns, including use of predictive targeting, automated bidding strategies, and generative tools for creative testing. Experience with SQL is a nice to have Customer-Centricity & Audience Understanding: A strong focus on understanding the target customer pain points and behaviors to create highly relevant and compelling ad creatives and targeting strategies that resonate deeply. This person ensures paid media efforts truly address the needs of Addi's users. Experience collaborating effectively with creative teams to develop high-performing ad copy and visuals, understanding what resonates with target audiences.
