Candidate Requirements Experience in quality assurance or a related field with a focus on data testing Strong SQL skills for querying and validating large datasets Proficiency in ETL processes and testing data pipelines using tools like Airflow or Google Composer Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger Understanding of data quality practices, including profiling, metrics, and validation of completeness, consistency, integrity, timeliness, uniqueness, and accuracy Experience with automated testing frameworks like pytest or Great Expectations Scripting skills in Python or Java Ability to analyze data for patterns and anomalies Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus Responsibilities and Activities Check data for errors, missing values, or inconsistencies Use SQL to run queries and verify data correctness Test data during ETL pipeline processes Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to resolve data issues Document data issues and findings clearly Develop automated data quality tests Write scripts in Python or Java for testing purposes Join a team dedicated to continuous learning and improvement Work with advanced cloud-based technology stacks Engage with a diverse range of clients from large corporations to startups What We Offer Work on impactful projects using cutting-edge technologies Support for your technical and personal growth through a dedicated career plan Opportunities to learn new technologies, build prototypes, and share knowledge Access to Udemy courses and professional certifications Collaboration with top engineers and architects Participation in professional events and collaborations with leading companies SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
