ABOUT THE TEAM: WHAT YOUâLL DO: RealPage is looking for a BI Developer for our Data Analytics Team. The BI & Integration Services team supports a software platform that includes Asset & Investment tracking. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create and implement Microsoft Power BI adoption for a multi-country, enterprise-level, customer-facing product with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization - Design, develop, and test custom reporting solutions in Power BI for specialized client needs - Ensure the delivery of reliable and accurate reports that adhere to modern design principles - Understand Cloud and Power BI migration techniques (on-premises and Cloud Platforms) including Power BI gateway setup etc. - Implement best design practices and principles for reports that will surprise and delight users - Communicate effectively with both business, technical stakeholders, and leadership - Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to user needs with an exceptionally high level of - focus and attention to detail REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: **Skills/Qualifications**: - 3-5 years of experience using Microsoft BI reporting technologies including Power BI, SSRS, and SSAS, front-end web design and development a plus - Advanced design and development skills using Power BI as a visualization tool, knowledge of Tableau, R (Shiny and Markdown), or HTML/CSS is a plus - Bachelors or master’s degree related to computer science, software development, Information Technology, or related field - Strong SQL skills, knowledge about RStudio, Python, HTML/CSS, and.NET is a plus - Experience working on a software product development team using industry-accepted software development life cycle best practices PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: **Systems Experience**: - SQL Server DB, SSIS, SSAS Tabular Cube, DAX, and Power BI WHAT WE OFFER: At RealPage, we’re always looking for talented professionals who thrive in a learning work environment that continually supports individual greatness.
