What you will do - Front-end design, ensuring user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web pages. - Enabling scalable and efficient back-end services using Node.js. - Setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines. - Operational core services experience. - Log analysis and root cause identification to resolve issues quickly. - Setting up alerts in case of system failures or issues, ensuring quick resolution. - Profiling and optimizing the platform’s performance, both on the server side and client side. - Issue-tracking systems for managing and resolving tickets related to platform issues (Jira/Service Now). - Analyze incidents and provide actionable insights for preventing recurrence using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
