We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team and help us grow our online presence and brand awareness. You will be supporting us on our social media accounts, blogs, and Facebook groups, as well as performing various administrative tasks. **Duties**: - Create and post engaging content on our social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews from our followers and customers - Keep our blogs and Facebook groups updated with relevant information and news - Maintain and update our database of contacts, leads, and customers - Reaching out and creating potential partnerships in Facebook groups - Coordinate with our agents, clients, and vendors on real estate transactions and paperwork **Requirements**: - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Experience in social media management - Familiarity with social media tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc. - Knowledge of Google Analytics, and GMB - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and creativity - Experience or interest in the real estate industry - Proactivity and solution focus Expected hours: 30 per week
