Define and manage the product roadmap for Kaiko's Derived Data solutions, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer needs; 2. Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and execute the strategy for analytics and indices; 3. Conduct research to understand customer requirements, market trends, and regulatory developments; 4. Partner with quant, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and refine data-driven products; 5. Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery; 6. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security across all derived data products; 7. Lead and mentor product team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth; 8. Act as the bridge between product, technology, and revenue teams, ensuring strategic alignment; 9. Communicate product roadmaps, updates, and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders; 10. Define success metrics and track product performance using data-driven insights; 11. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and security best practices in financial indices and analytics. Requirements 1. At least 3 years of experience in product management within blockchain, fintech, or financial data products; 2. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency indices, financial data analytics, and risk assessment models; 3. Experience with DeFi protocols, blockchain, and on-chain analytics; 4. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive product execution; 5. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making; 6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; 7. Upper-Intermediate English level. Preferred Qualifications 1. Financial background, particularly in trading, market data, or risk management; 2. Experience with DeFi ecosystems, on-chain oracles, and blockchain indexing solutions; 3. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and data infrastructure; 4. Understanding of compliance and security regulations in crypto financial products. Benefits 1.
