Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in bringing ideas to life, developing and delivering high-quality motion content that aligns with our brand's vision and marketing objectives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas, manage multiple projects from concept to completion, and showcase their attention to detail while meeting deadlines. Main Responsibilities: - Concept Development: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative motion graphics concepts. - Design and Animation: Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with the brand's visual identity and marketing goals. - Storyboarding: Develop detailed storyboards and animatics to visualize project concepts and timelines. - Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. - Collaboration: Collaborate with the video manager, designers, copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication. Provide support to junior members of the team. - Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members, making necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome. - Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, animation techniques, and software advancements to continually improve the quality of work. - Technical Proficiency: Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D/Blender, and other relevant tools to create motion graphics and animations. Requirements: - Fluency in English. - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in motion design. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant motion design software (Cinema 4D/Blender etc.). - Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion design projects, highlighting creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail. - Creativity: Ability to generate original ideas and concepts that align with the brand's vision and objectives. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively. - Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. - Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics. PREFERRED SKILLS: - 3D Animation: Experience with Cinema 4D/Blender - Sound Design: Basic understanding of sound design and its integration with motion graphics.
