Location: Remote Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive base pay + performance bonuses tied to whole portfolio occupancy rates Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Property Admin & Portfolio Manager. As a key member of our team, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our rental property portfolio with a focus on organization, communication, and results. Your responsibilities will include: What You’ll Do : Tenant Support: Address tenant inquiries and maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Repair Coordination: Schedule and oversee handymen, contractors, and service providers. Property Marketing: Create and maintain listings on Zillow, Apartments.com, Facebook Marketplace, and more to drive high occupancy. Occupancy-Based Incentives : Compensation includes performance bonuses that scale with higher occupancy levels across the portfolio. Bookkeeping: Track property financials, including income, expenses, and vendor payments. Receipt Management: Organize and categorize receipts for seamless accounting. Invoicing & Reporting: Draft invoices, respond to emails, and compile weekly performance/financial reports . Company Support: Assist the General Manager with research, project follow-ups, and operational tasks. Tech-Savvy Workflow: Use Asana for task management and Discord for team communication. Flexible Scheduling: This is a results-based role. As long as all tasks are completed by deadlines, weekly meetings are attended, and reports are filed, you are free to set your own hours. Qualifications/Who You Are : Highly organized with excellent communication and customer service skills. Skilled at multitasking and coordinating with contractors/maintenance teams. Comfortable with bookkeeping, receipt tracking, and expense categorization. Familiar with Asana, Discord, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, or Excel. Self-motivated, independent, and deadline-driven. Property management experience is a plus but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus but not mandatory. This role offers significant growth potential.
