Job details Summary We’re seeking a highly skilled and proactive Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help us build, maintain, and optimize scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructures for our clients. You’ll work closely with a Technical Architect and cross-functional teams to enhance performance, implement best practices, and ensure service reliability across complex digital environments. Responsibilities Implement scalable, fault-tolerant, high-availability architectures under the guidance of a Technical Architect. Define and monitor SLOs and SLIs to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Contribute to the modernization of infrastructure using cloud-native tools and automation. Enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and reduce operational overhead. Drive adoption of observability and incident response practices. Apply security and compliance best practices across all environments. Participate in planning, technical evaluations, and post-mortems. Qualifications: 4+ years in site reliability, DevOps, or backend/cloud engineering Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (Azure preferred). Strong background in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, or ARM templates). Deep knowledge of .NET technologies and modern web architectures. Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic). Familiarity with service-level objectives (SLOs), indicators (SLIs), and incident management. Knowledge of security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance.
