Environment: Colombian and International Teams Location: Salvatech - Colombia Remote Language: English – Advanced Full-time / Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time Salary: 4.500.000 COP Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Designer to join our design and engineering team. This individual will work closely with our clients to create detailed building designs, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD , possess strong technical drafting skills, and be able to communicate effectively in English. Responsibilities Accept tasks, projects, and appointments to the Engineering team in CRM, primarily during daily meetings at 7:30 am and 3:00 pm. Communicate status and updates with the Engineering Manager and team. Generate high-quality initial drawings for customer approval based on information from sales calls. Provide updates and confirm completed work in CRM. Maintain a working calendar in MS Teams for scheduled appointments and tasks. Consult with the Engineering Manager on complex drawings, structural design, and technical issues. Update and finalize sign-off drawings created in AutoCAD, meeting production criteria. Create and modify drawings and blocks for special designs and data extraction. Locate backup documentation for parts to assist purchasing and estimating. Communicate special requirements for product design to the team. Report discrepancies in sales orders or drawings to prevent errors. Ensure accurate REVIT data extraction for review and estimating. Promote a positive team environment aligned with the company's culture. Qualifications Completion of a technical trade school in CAD, drafting, or related field. An Associate degree is preferred. 4+ years of experience in CAD/Engineering environments. Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills. Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines. Proficiency in AutoCAD and willingness to learn new applications.
