Join our Liquid and Powder Technologies Team in Colombia and support us as a: Automation & Commissioning Team Leader - Your responsibilities and tasks: The Automation & Commissioning Team Leader is responsible to lead and manage an engineer team of Automation & commissioning. Leader Skills - To coordinate resources to attend both projects and services, as well as cooperation with external GEA offices - To support, track and empower each individual member of the team - To implement and support the strategy defined for the Automation and Commissioning department - To promote and implement automation standards Technical Skills - Know manufacturing processes in the beverage industry. - CIP Know-how - Hygienic design know-how. - Generate pre-engineering of automation development. - Scheduler of automation activities - Model control sequences according to P&IDs; - List of entities, equipment controls, control modules and devices - Designed FDS. - Dimensioning, software and hardware list generation for automation architecture. - Develop automation engineering, using ISA Standards. - Review existing process engineering and make necessary changes to support project execution when necessary. - PLC programming of process and CIP sequences. - HMI and SCADA programming. - Setup different Industrial protocol networks - Setup IO periphery - Setup and commissioning VFDs - FAT Procedures. - Software - Electrical Cabinets - Skids - Project commissioning - IO test - Dry test - Wet commissioning - Product testing. - Water production test. - CIP procedures. - PAT (Product Acceptance Test) Soft Skills - Team automation manager. - Planning vacations team. - Coordinate automation training - Coordinate automation activities. - Continuously improvement plant - Internal stakeholders communication - Engineering team. - Project Management Team. - Automation Team. - External stakeholders communication - Costumer site - Sub suppliers - Providers - Time Management, - Activities Description. - Schedule of milestones - Task Planning. Your profile and qualifications: Educational Background - Degree in engineering career (Industrial, Electrical, Automation, Electronic Mechatronics) - (Valuable) Master’s Degree in Automation technologies - (Valuable) Formal training in Project Management Professional Knowledge and Experiences - 1+ years in coordination of small teams - 5+ years of experience in automation and commissioning projects for the food & beverage industry - Knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell & Wonderware architectures - Knowledge in MES and DDBB systems - Knowledge in international automation standards Other Skills & Competencies - Ability to learn - Adaptability - Communication - Creativity & Innovation - Planning & Organization - Customer Service Orientation - Leadership & Management - English C1 or better
