Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day delivery of assigned client accounts. Support the Account Delivery Manager in ensuring efficient account operations. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and assist in meeting their goals. Contribute to budget management and cost control for the accounts. Assist in tracking key performance metrics and objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and their impact on account strategies. Address account-related issues and escalate as needed. Provide regular status updates on account performance. Mandatory Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role. Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles. Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership. Continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology. Nice-to-Have Skills: An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
