Radware, a leader in cybersecurity and application delivery solutions, is expanding its presence in the cybersecurity field for enterprises. As a Sales Development Representative, you will learn to drive growth by generating new opportunities, focusing on nurturing client relationships, and managing partnerships with channels and distributors in the Latin American region. Responsibilities: Identify and develop target account lists to build a robust pipeline. Conduct research to uncover client needs and pain points to tailor Radware’s solutions. Present customized solutions that address customer requirements and align with their IT infrastructure. Collaborate with Sales Engineers to conduct product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and technical workshops. Track leads and document activities using Oracle CRM, ensuring up-to-date records. Collaborate with channel partners to maximize sales and lead generation. Handle cloud-related opportunities, prepare, and send client quotes. Maintain communication with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. No prior experience is required, though a strong interest in sales and cybersecurity is essential. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle various projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. An intermediate English level is required.
