They ensure all permits are obtained, comply with local, state, and federal codes, and meet all safety standards and regulations.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipmentAssist Plumbing Trade Leads with re-work/re-designing of systems when neededMeet with Engineering Team regarding any re-work/re-design when neededDiagnose and resolve plumbing issues both in the factory and on construction sitesAdvise on plumbing system maintenance and upgradesInspect plumbing to ensure safety standards are metEnsure the final product meets all code and safety standardsHelp oversee the plumbing stations and coordinate needs with Area Managers, Supervisors, and QASubmit changes needed to improve shop operationsCollaborate with the design team to optimize designsAssist or step in to keep production or construction work movingComplete weekly inventory for materials/suppliesEnsure materials and supplies needed for on-site jobs are availableCommunicate with Supply Chain as neededOversee the entire on-site completion process, including permits, organization, and final inspectionPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSCompletion of an Apprenticeship ProgramAt least 5 full-time years (8,500 hours) of practical experienceSuccessfully passed the Colorado Master ExamValid plumbing licenseCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsAttention to detailOrganizational, planning, and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to read shop drawingsExcellent communication skillsEffective collaboration with other departments #J-18808-Ljbffr
