Sales Representative (Focus on NYC Market) The Sales Representative will help grow our wholesale pint business by developing and nurturing remote relationships with retail partners. This fully remote role is focused on building our presence in New York City and beyond. You’ll serve as a key connection between our brand and our stockists—offering support, sharing our story, and helping stores thrive with our products on their shelves. You’ll work closely with the founder and a small team to bring our mission of joy and cultural connection to more people through ice cream. Main Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective retail partners, with a focus on NYC-area accounts Build strong relationships with buyers and store managers remotely Manage existing wholesale accounts through ongoing virtual communication Tailor support for each store based on their unique needs and inventory cycles Coordinate samples, product info, and order reminders Oversee the order process and work with production/logistics to ensure smooth fulfillment Reactivate inactive accounts with personalized outreach and product updates Track account activity, communication, and performance in CRM tools Monitor sell-through and reorders, and recommend strategies to boost performance Share retailer feedback and field insights with the team to inform business decisions Represent our values and brand voice in all interactions Requirements Education & Experience 1–3 years in sales, account management, or customer success (preferably in food/beverage or CPG) Experience selling to independent retailers or natural/specialty grocery is a plus Pre-existing relationships with NYC-area stores or distributors is a major advantage Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Skills & Traits Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong at building rapport and trust over email and video Passionate about food and storytelling Exceptionally organized and self-directed Proficient with spreadsheets, email outreach, and CRM tools (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot) Able to manage follow-ups, scheduling, and reporting without close supervision Other Requirements Availability during Eastern Time working hours Fluent in English Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote work setup #J-18808-Ljbffr
