Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, monitoring communications and strategies Present suitable financial recommendations based on client risk tolerance and objectives Gather and analyze clients’ financial information to set goals and expectations Assist clients with implementing financial products like insurance, mutual funds, and savings plans Create customized financial plans considering life changes and evolving needs Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; sales or financial internship experience a plus Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help clients and grow personally Personable, caring, and able to connect with others Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic Self-starter with ownership mindset and agility to learn Honest, ethical, and trustworthy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable in fast-paced environments Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, CRM, and financial software preferred Knowledge of financial industry, products, and regulations desired Proven success as a financial planner or advisor required Valid CPA or CFP license, Series 7 and 66 licenses required Compensation $80,000 OTE About Us Our mission: To Do Good in communities and for families.
