About Us Difiaba is an innovative professional hair color and care brand serving salons and consumers worldwide. We’re seeking a results-driven Paid Social Media Ads Specialist to scale our online sales through performance-driven advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms. Role Overview You’ll own the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid ad campaigns. This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives on data, understands creative testing, and knows how to turn ad spend into revenue in an eCommerce setting. Key Responsibilities - Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads - Create audience targeting strategies including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and interest-based targeting. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad visuals and copy that convert. - Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to meet ROAS and CPA goals. - Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly. - Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements. - Report on results and provide data-backed recommendations for scaling. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience running paid social and search campaigns for eCommerce brands. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS and revenue targets for an eCommerce business - Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads. - Strong understanding of pixel tracking, UTM tagging, and GA4 analytics. - Ability to analyze data and make fast, informed decisions. - Fluent in English and Spanish Note: The campaigns will be in English and Spanish Preferred Skills - Experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury eCommerce. - Basic Canva or Adobe Suite skills for ad creative adjustments. - Familiarity with Shopify and product feed management.
