The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our operations team. This role involves keeping projects organized, efficient, and client-ready. It is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of professional experience eager to grow in outdoor advertising. Key Responsibilities Coordinate scheduling for billboard installations, removals, and maintenance activities. Manage daily scheduling of digital billboard content. Collect and organize Proof of Performance (POP) reports. Create and maintain detailed location specifications. Organize operational documents and project paperwork. Track inventory of materials and coordinate restocking. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Maintain project timelines and resolve operational challenges. Update project management tools and assist in report preparation. Support the operations team with administrative tasks. Qualifications Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or related field preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management platforms like Monday.com. Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
