Job Title: Financial Risk Assessment Analyst This role involves supporting the management of customer risk, ensuring its appropriate assessment, management, and mitigation according to established policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance reporting processes; - Supporting the creation and enhancement of both external and internal CRM-related reports; - Assisting in process improvement initiatives and sharing best practices; - Providing day-to-day support to the CRM Analytics Manager on vendor management and budgeting; - Participating in the development and implementation of credit risk models. Requirements: - Graduate or postgraduate degree in business, economics, econometrics, or equivalent field; - Experience in credit risk models and quantitative credit analysis; - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
