Job Description The Enterprise Architecture team is responsible for creating a robust and scalable technology infrastructure that supports our business objectives. As a Senior Architect, you will be part of this team and will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of large-scale technology initiatives. You will work closely with technology teams across the bank and collaborate with senior executives, business line leaders, and stakeholders to assess current capabilities, identify opportunities, and design future state operating models, capabilities, and implementation roadmaps. - Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. - Work with technology teams to understand current state gaps, future state capabilities needed, and industry landscape. - Lead the prioritization and development of implementation roadmaps to address gaps and ensure solutions are in line with enterprise vision. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: - A background in technology development or delivery, preferably with experience in different programming languages, agile work, and cloud computing. - Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy, or technology delivery/architecture is an asset. - Superior interpersonal skills, leadership, and influential capabilities. - Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively with multi-functional teams as both a leader and member. - Good knowledge of specific technology challenges relevant to the banking industry, with a sound understanding of current banking business trends and their implications for technology. - Superior planning and analytical skills, ability to discern research information/data and focus on critical business issues. - Superior presentation and written communication skills.
