**Position: Operations Manager** **Location**:Remote (CST Timezone) **Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (CST) **Role Overview**: As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our day-to-day operations. You will be instrumental in measuring team performance, managing external vendors and projects, and problem-solving operational challenges to drive our organization forward. You'll not only lead by example but also have the chance to grow alongside a team of naturally curious doers. Plus, you'll have the unique opportunity to dive into our industry by taking the LSAT and exploring our LSAT book in your first few weeks. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. - Develop and implement KPIs to measure team performance. - Manage external vendors and projects, ranging from software development to digital marketing. - Problem-solving operational issues to create a lean, highly productive organization. **Requirements**: - Exceptional spoken English is a must. - Proficiency in Airtable, Slack, Hubspot, Zapier/Make, and Stripe. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to take initiative and work independently. - Willingness to take an LSAT and read industry-specific materials to learn the industry. **Nice-to-Haves**: - Experience in education or community-building industries. - Previous experience in an operations role or as a Chief of Staff. - A naturally curious mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
