Job Description This position is responsible for the complete process of collecting all required documents from newly joined staff, updating manpower on a monthly basis, ensuring the accuracy of payroll processing, and managing team member movements such as promotions, transfers, and resignations. The role also involves serving all team members regarding hotel benefits and welfare programs, including social security and group life insurance. Additionally, support is provided to the Talent and Culture Manager for government liaison document preparation (visa and work permits) for expatriates.
