About the team: At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. The Andean team covers Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. About the role: TikTok is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager (Client Partner) to support our Colombia market and be based out of the Bogota, Colombia office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-network solutions selling and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers to drive new business. A proven track record in scaling client investment is a must. Responsibilities: Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities; Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships across the territory; Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients; Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions; Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives; Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services; Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies; Ensure that our advertising partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service; Educate partners on TikTok products and best practices. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience. Experience working with key stakeholders across the Colombian market. Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills due to the business requirement in-region. Must be willing to work in Bogota, Colombia. Preferred Qualifications: Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing. Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying. Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals. Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
