You're the player we're missing on this TOP Team! Multichannel customer service line for Windows and Office Profile: Affinity with technology, prior knowledge of support or handling Windows and Office Preferably experience and/or studies in systems, programming, software development, and related fields. What you’ll be doing: Promote solutions to our customers. Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch. Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality. The TOP Team is looking for someone who: B2 English level. 6 months experience in customer service in BPO Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude. Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener. Affinity with technology, prior knowledge of support or handling Windows and Office Preferably experience and/or studies in systems, programming, software development, and related fields.
