ABOUT YOU To better serve our clients in the rapidly changing media and advertising environment, TU’s Strategy & Insights team (S&I;) is an integral resource to client-side marketers, helping them increase knowledge of the Hispanic consumer to develop better communication strategies and better connect with this valuable consumer segment. JOB RESPONSABILITIES: - Pulls data from syndicated data sources such as MRI, Scarborough, Nielsen AdIntel and Geoscape - Clean, organize, and update data in excel to identify Hispanic trends - Build slides with key insights through charts, and tables - Create and disseminate category landscape news and information to help sales teams stay informed on category developments - Other essential duties as assigned YOU HAVE: - 1-2 years of experience at a media, or research company, advertising agency - Strong written and oral communication skills - Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, great attention to detail and follow-through, ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; i.e. build and edit formulas in excel - Adaptable approach and strong customer service skills to support internal clients, especially on last minute requests - Spanish language proficiency (read and write) Additional Skills - Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience - Familiarity with syndicated marketing research tools such as Nielsen Ad Intel, MRI, Scarborough, Kantar is a plus - Hispanic/multi-cultural, brand marketing, advertising or research experience is a plus - Experience supporting sales teams is a plus Eligibility Requirements - Employment/education will be verified - Time flexibility required to interact with people in different geographical locations, and work extended hours, sometimes on short notice due to project deadlines Physical Requirements - Ability to stand, walk, bend, type, and sit for up to (8) hours TelevisaUnivision is an equal opportunity employer.
