We believe that the recruiting process needs to be talent-first to make it easy to get in touch with those companies, be coached in the journey and actually get hired. **Role Description**: - Understanding talent requirements and finding the perfect-matching jobs in our network We focus on software engineers and GTM talent in the US. You will be part of our early-stage team, work directly with the founders and see how we build out our AI start-up. We are looking for someone who can work with us in-office in El Poblado initially. Later you will work remote. **Qualifications**: - Excellent Communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Experience in fast-paced environments - Openness for a start-up with its scrappy processes Ability to commute/relocate: - Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application Question(s): - Are you open to working in-office initially for the onboarding?
