Specialized in the end-to-end Acquire to Decommission process, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of enterprise assets. Expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), leveraging SAP solutions to enhance asset performance, reduce downtime, and maximize operational efficiency. Design, implement, and maintain SAP PM modules tailored to client needs. Manage the lifecycle of assets, from acquisition and onboarding to decommissioning, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance strategies, including predictive and preventive maintenance. Utilize SAP tools such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Asset Strategy and Performance Management, and SAP Business Network for Asset Management to drive asset reliability and performance. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of SAP EAM solutions. Proficient in SAP PM configuration and customization. Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, including procurement, maintenance, and decommissioning. Skilled in data analysis and reporting to monitor asset performance and identify improvement opportunities. Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities. Understanding of SAP PM and EAM, organizations to achieve operational excellence, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability through effective asset management. Responsibilities Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and decommissioning of assets. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Configure SAP PM modules to align with business processes and organizational goals. Customize workflows, notifications, and reporting within the SAP system. Implement strategies for predictive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance using SAP tools. Utilize EAM solutions to improve asset reliability and performance. Migrate, cleanse, and structure asset-related data for optimal use within SAP. Analyze asset performance metrics and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making. Work closely with procurement, operations, and maintenance teams to streamline the Acquire to Decommission process. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Provide guidance and training to end-users for effective utilization of SAP PM and EAM functionalities. Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements. Evaluate current asset management processes and propose enhancements to increase efficiency. Integrate SAP PM with other modules like MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) for seamless operations. Develop reports and dashboards for tracking asset performance and maintenance schedules. Ensure documentation and system usage comply with industry regulations. Apply industry best practices to optimize asset management strategies and reduce costs.
