Your Mission: You'll work on core backend services, lead technical decisions, and contribute to our product, which needs to be both robust and easy to use. - Build and scale backend services and APIs that support core banking features. - Own key technical decisions and collaborate across teams to bring new ideas to life. - Integrate with external platforms, including payment rails and fraud prevention systems. - Keep our systems secure, performant, and resilient as we scale. - Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of quality, curiosity, and impact. What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of backend development experience with scalable systems. - Strong expertise in one or more backend languages (Go, Java, Python, .NET). - Experience working with REST APIs, databases, and modern backend frameworks. - Understanding of data privacy, encryption, and compliance standards (PCI DSS a plus). - Bonus: experience in fintech, banking infrastructure, or working with issuer processors. - You care about quality, from code to communication. - You love mentoring, sharing knowledge, and building things that last.
