Your final task of the day is to have one-on-ones with your team members where you help them think along with challenging client situations. With your own experience in Key Account Management (post-sale) you love coaching your colleagues on a daily basis. You identify where they can develop themselves and establish an open feedback culture. Before you go home, you sit down with your Enterprise Sales colleague to discuss the pipeline and to identify which colleagues can pick up which account.
